There is more and more research showing us how your gut and brain are interconnected (Gut & Brain Axis – GBA). We also know that stress can affect your digestion and vice versa.
Have you ever wondered how the food you eat influences your gut and stress level? What is the physiological effect that stress has on your digestive system? Are you suffering from the Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)? You will be able to answer these questions after this enjoyable workshop.

Dominika (yoga teacher) and Francesco (nutritional therapist) will bring you through body movement that helps with digestive discomfort and will explain the benefits and role of the gut flora in health and disease; all this in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
You will learn practical tips that you can use at home to improve your health and wellbeing. You will also get to taste delicious food prepared by Francesco who will share the recipes too!

The workshop will consist of 3 parts:
1) 1.5h of gentle yoga practice with particular focus on the poses that help digestion, relief IBS symptoms and stomach cramps
2) Dive in and enjoy lovely 6 freshly made vegetable dishes (recipes will be suitable for vegans)
3) 1h of a nutrition talk aimed at clarifying the role of gut flora, imbalances, symptoms and food that helps

No yoga experience or nutrition knowledge required.
Bring your own water and mat (if you don’t have one, talk to us). Wear comfortable clothing.
