I come from a country where food and sunshine are a central part of every day’s life. I have travelled extensively for 20 years and embraced cultures around the world and enjoyed the various foods, dishes and have learned from hundreds of years of continuing evolving of cuisine.
I have enjoyed sports including athletics and rugby and I understand the various workloads put on our bodies and their basic nutritional needs
I have studied Nutritional Therapy and used the natural passion for food, cooking and diversity of food to improve my health.
Food is essential for our life and i am keen to restore the past practices using food in general to improve health

The Harvest Moon Centre (massages) has been key for providing added nutrition for anyone interested since 2014: I give stand alone topic that last 1 hour dealing with the most common ailments and create food awareness
I run nutrition workshop throughout the year with Yogis, Personal trainers combining those practices with a relevant nutrition talk and offer a homemade organic lunch
