January is the time of the year where we want to make some changes
Weight loss, dietary changes and cleansing are very good way to recharge after the cold winter months and excessive christmas eating.
This workshop will combine nutrition and exercise trying to tailor to your needs, lifestyle and diet
- What we’ll do is to:
- We will have 1 hour of light/medium intensity training
- Assessment to understand the best training for you including BMI, measurements, weights.
- We will provide an organic homemade vegan/gluten free lunch
- 30 minutes of detailed nutrition class that will explore the reason of sudden or chronic weight increase.
The Nutrition class will consist of
- Discuss the role of sugar in foods on weight management
- Discuss what food are lower in sugar and provide a full list of Low Sugar Food
- Review the role of the thyroid and weight
- Investigate lifestyle imbalances involved in the inability to loose weight.
We will provide recipes, exercises tailored to you and 30% discount on possible nutritional consultation if needed
